By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Service to distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or otherwise harm the Service or third parties. We may display third-party content and advertising (e.g. Google AdSense); such content is subject to the respective providers' terms and policies.

Professional services and delivery

limas.live sells professional software services, including technical consultation, architecture or code review, and fixed-scope development sprints. Published packages, prices, and delivery summaries are listed at https://limas.live/services. Work starts after payment is confirmed. We contact the PayPal payer email (usually within 48 hours) to schedule the session or confirm scope. Delivery is by video/voice call, written report, or agreed source/code artifacts, as described for the package you purchased.

Custom projects beyond published packages are scoped by email at [email protected]. No work beyond the confirmed written scope is included unless a new order is placed.

Payment

Published packages are priced in United States dollars (USD) and paid through PayPal Checkout on the services page. PayPal processes the payment; we do not collect or store your card number. After you approve the payment on PayPal, you return to this website for a confirmation page with an order ID.

Custom or milestone work may be billed with a PayPal invoice or a PayPal payment link sent by email after scope is agreed. Game virtual-currency purchases (if you use our multiplayer game) are a separate product and are not the merchant's primary offering described on the homepage and services page.

Refunds and cancellation

You may request a full refund before we have started delivery (no call held, no report or implementation work begun). Email [email protected] with your PayPal order ID. After delivery of a consultation session or written report has started, fees for completed time are non-refundable. For an MVP sprint, unused remaining scope after a written cancellation may be refunded on a reasonable pro-rata basis if we have not already delivered that remainder. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may delay resolution.

Intellectual property

Content on this website (text, layout, logos) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.

Disclaimer

The website and any linked products or services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes
